Biological and biochemical processes, forexample, which play an ever increasing role in the production of fine chemical and pharmaceutical arealmost exclusively produced in batch.In the operation of batch processes threemain aspects can be distinguished:-• Planning and scheduling,• Control of the trajectory of single batches, and• Logic control. |
